Shipping/Ordering Information:
Orders will only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card holder. If necessary, the customer can contact the credit card issuer to have the additional billing/shipping addresse added.
Orders are typically shipped via UPS (Ground, 3-Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day). We may use Fedex or another carrier at the equivalent service level at our discretion.
In-stock items are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Please allow an additional 1-6 business days for UPS Ground shipments to arrive.
In the event that any item is sold out, the customer will be notified and be provided with an ETA.
International orders: Small items are shipped via UPS (Standard to Canada, Worldwide Expedited, or Worldwide Express). We may use another carrier at the equivalent service level at our discretion. For large items (air dams, wings, bumpers, etc.), contact us at sales@slickauto.com for shipping quote and ordering info.
Refund/Return Policy:
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after receipt of un-used/un-installed items in their original packaging only. A 20% re-stocking fee applies. The customer shall cover all return shipping costs.
